So I’m a little late and it’s not Friday anymore, but tomorrow is Halloween and I ain’t ready. Little Nikayla is going as Scooby Doo but she’s up in Edmonton with her dad. That means instead of trick or treating, Granny get to give out candy. Now I don’t like to answer the door in ordinary clothes I believe in getting into the “spirit of the day” so I am working on my own costume.

It should be ready soon. Just have to add some finishing touches to the wig and ummm “skirt”. What am I gonna be? Not telling, you’ll have to check out tomorrow’s post on my blog…..tehehehhhheeeeeeeeee.

Okay, since you asked so nicely I will give you but one clue – it involves the color Pink.

I am going to be a sumo wrestler for Halloween. I have a costume that has a fan on the butt and continuously blows air making me one fat chickie!

My Kids will NOT put on a costume to Save his life. “what is this”, “Lion”, “What does a lion say?”, “RAOOOOWWW”, “Do you want to be a lion”, “No!”

As for me, I have a great Alien costume that scares the Bejesus out of kids. I could put on my New York Rangers Jersey… oh wait, I don’t have to pretend to be a hockey fan anymore!

And again not following directions… it will be amazing if this post ever leaves the editing mode.

I haven’t been sleeping well lately – maybe it’s the steady ringing/feedback of the baby monitor in my ear, maybe it’s stress (I worry about EVERYTHING – is she eating enough, is she not eating enough, do we have enough $$, am I spending enough time with her, with the dog, with my hubby etc…). I may not be training very hard these days, but my mind is making up for it by running marathons every night. I was complaining about the stress to CosmoBoy and starting to lose my patience (yeah – what little I have). I was expecting him to help me relax – make me a nice decaf tea, draw up a bubble bath for me, massage my back, feet whatever – you know pay me a little attention. Instead this is what he did…
