I know, I know… I’m a few days late announcing the winners, I hope you can forgive me!
I have to admit that I loved all of your responses regarding your favourite exercises to do – I had no idea so many of you like to go hiking! Our family loves it too, and I really need to strive to have us do it more often. It’s such a great family activity isn’t it?

For web conferences you should also try http://www.showdocument.com ,Great for online teaching and collaborating. I use it for working on my designs with other in my field.
Its free and pretty simple – you just upload your file and invite others to view it together.

Oh yes, I almost forgot, I’d like to thank the Academy, without them and their faith in me, I wouldn’t be here today.
