Anyone know where I can get some “Asshat PM“? I sure could use some ’cause I haven’t had a decent nights sleep since last year. Seriously – Jan 30th was the LAST time I’ve slept weel. For the past week it’s taken me an average of 2 hours to fall asleep, and about 20 minutes into slumberland Sierra releases a bloodcurdling cry that could wake the dead. (Actually she has woken the dead – on two occasions Cosmo Boy sleepily wandered in to see if he could help console his sweet little daughter). Between my anxiety and Sierra’s cold there hasn’t been alot of sleepy going on here this week – and I would LOVE some help getting some quality shut-eye!

    I had no idea what Asshat PM is. Considering we’re in an election campaign, I thought you were making some sort of political statement :grin:

    Whew… Glad we’re keeping things apolitical here…

    Hope you get some sleep tonight. Make CosmoBoy sleep in her room so you don’t have to worry – maybe that will help??

    Hi. I am new here. You have an excellent blog! I have problems with sleeping…it’s because I have anxiety bad???LOL My husband kills me because he passes out as soon as his head hits the pillow! I have learned when I got to sleep…instead of thinking about all the things you did that day, need to do tommorow, or daydreaming about things that dont make sense…close your eyes and say in your head over and over- and try not to stop…GO TO SLEEP. Amazingly it helps me fall asleep about 3 times a week!

    I have chronic insomnia, however I recently discovered lavendar inscense worx very well. Also, lavendar oil (used for scent bowls typically found where you buy incense) worx well; just put a few drops of it on your pillow before crashing.

    Don’t know here – but if you find it, make sure to let me know where you got it, since I’m like that too with the falling asleep stuff. Of course it didn’t help much the other night when my honey started screaming in his sleep and then carried on an unintelligible conversation with someone in his dream. :roll:
