Core Rhythms Giveaway

We all know that losing weight is neither fun nor easy, right?

Well guess what?  You’re wrong!

Losing weight (and inches) can be fun…. and easy!  A month ago I was sent the Core Rhythms Dance Exercise Program to review and giveaway – Sierra, Brooke and I had an absolute blast doing the workout together (ok, truthfully I was working out and they were dancing to the music).  I’ve been doing the workouts a few times a week ever since and now my core feels stronger when I run and I’m starting to see more tone in my mid section – YAY!

  5. I used to be a dancer when I was a lot younger and I loved it! But, time slips away, fat creeps on, and before I knew it I look more like the blob then a dancer. Ugh! I really need this!

  7. I have a bad back-my ribs come out of place unless I build up my ab/back muscles and maintain them. This would be so great to help me with that-and it looks like a lot of fun.

  11. Oooooh! Pick me, please! I am SOOOO flabby after having two that I’d love to tone up before having just one more…we hope….maybe some day. I get a sore back from hunching over doing kid stuff all day and that would surely be relieved too.

  18. I am a single mom of 3 great kids. But, I feel I have lost the time to work out. Between working a full time job, making it to my kids baseball/football/cheerleading games and such, & trying not to eat at the snack bar….At 32, my stomach muscle tone seems to no longer exist and I noticed that my behind isn’t where it used to be…LOL.   21. I’m finally getting myself on the path to eating well, and now I need to step up the exercise! I’d love to have things I can do at home on a rainy day when I don’t feel like walking to the gym. My core definitely needs strengthened… and tightened!!

  26. Oh, I had a back injury a few years ago and babied it to the point where I didn’t exercise enough and got all flabby, and I should have been strengthening my core so that my back would be better, too. I’m trying to do that now–boy this could help!!

  28. After 2 babies and a lifetime of battling my weight, my belly is not so pretty and I am in desperate need of some core strengthening. I love to dance and hope that this series would help keep me motivated as well! At least I’d be having fun if I didn’t see immediate results.

  30. 53 years old, I fell last year and had a compression fracture on my spine, increasing weight and decreasing my strength in my back. So strengthening my core will also revive my back. I had my daughter at 37 and my twin boys at 40 – never dreamed I would be entering my later years 30 lbs. overweight, but Core Rythyms looks like something I could enjoy doing and lose weight so I can extend my time with my kids and go out healthy and fit!!
