Getting Fit

I’m sorry about bragging, but I’m just so darn proud of myself…
Today I lifted weights at lunch (upper body, low weight, high repetition – don’t worry Kimmie, it’s safe for women in my condition  ) then I went for a 5K run with my running clinic afterwork.
