I have to admit that I loved all of your responses regarding your favourite exercises to do – I had no idea so many of you like to go hiking! Our family loves it too, and I really need to strive to have us do it more often. It’s such a great family activity isn’t it?

For web conferences you should also try http://www.showdocument.com ,Great for online teaching and collaborating. I use it for working on my designs with other in my field.
Its free and pretty simple – you just upload your file and invite others to view it together.

Oh yes, I almost forgot, I’d like to thank the Academy, without them and their faith in me, I wouldn’t be here today. Oh, most importantly, I’d like to thank Janice, for without her I never would have won the Google Wave. Janice, you’ll always be in my heart – and hopefully in my ears if I can get this thing to work. I think I downloaded something but I didn’t see any change.
