This is my Mamavation post for Monday, August 23, 2010.
Hey everyone!
How was your week? My week was pretty good – I was motivated for most of the week, but found the lack of routine on the weekend hard to overcome, which may have had something to do with the rain… Rain that we desperately needed! My eating was ok, but I bet I could make a better effort to get my fruits & veggies in. Oh! and my midwife called – my fatigue is due to low iron (again!). So I’m now on a double dose of SpaTone. I must say that it’s been helping – Yay! (Something to consider if you’re feeling run down).
This week I only logged 8km of walking towards my 500 by birth goal, which means I’m at now 429 KM.
Monday: Worked out with my awesome trainer at lunch.
Tuesday: Did my Walk and Tone mp3 Workout – my arms were killing me the next morning! (walked 4k)Ran 5k.
Wednesday: Worked out with my awesome trainer at lunch.
Thursday: No workout because I had a prenatal massage!
Friday: Did my Walk and Tone mp3 Workout – my arms were killing me on Saturday morning! (walked 4k)
Saturday: Rest day.
Sunday: Rest day.
Next week I hope to workout twice with my personal trainer and do 3-4 walks. I’ll also start week # 1 of the Inner Mean Girl Cleanse – it’s a 6 week cleanse/coaching program designed to help think more positively – I’m really looking forward to it, and would love for you to join me in it.
