This is my Mamavation post for Monday, December 13, 2010.
How was your week last week? Did your drink your water? Get your beauty sleep? And eat your 7-8 servings of fruits and veggies? (Remember: fruit and veggies are chock full of fiber!).
This week I’ve recorded a vLog for you! (I was having a good hair day so I decided to take advantage of it). I have to apologize because I’m such a dork on camera – oh well – the only way to get better is to practice, practice, practice!!
If you don’t have time to watch it, I totally understand because I rambled on and on… Here’s a quick summary of what I chatted about:
- Sick this week & didn’t Shred
- Got lots of exercise walking & doing my Christmas shopping
- I revealed what I got hubby for Christmas
- I have my 6 week post-natal apointment this week & I hope to resume running
