I get them all the time at work as well. There is one particular Mortgage Sales Force Underwriter who seems to take at least 2 days a week off. His first name is John & it has become a standing joke between a co-worker and myself. One of us will get the “out of office notice” and we will say something like “Guess who’s away from the office again!!” I wonder if the clients like being kept waiting to hear if their Home Equity Line or Mortgage has been approved. Sometimes when he orders an appraisal he will give us the wrong name or email address of the Mortgage Sales Force Rep. who in turn gets upset with us cuz he/she hasn’t received the outcome of the appraisal yet. AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!
