The Good: Played softball lastnight. We tied. I caught all 7 innings! I hit a 2 run triple with 2 out in the last inning to bring in the tying run! (probably the best hit of my life – though thanks to the extra baby weight I’ve been smacking the ball like there’ no tomorrow this season).
The Bad: I had to leave Sierra AWAKE with Cosmo Dad ’cause she hadn’t fallen asleep yet when I left for softball – it took him 2 hours to get her to sleep…
The Ugly: We might have won the game if in inning 5 when I hit into a fielder’s choice I hadn’t stopped running to 1st thinking that was the 3rd out (it was only the 1st, I was the 2nd). The gal at bat behind me hit a homerun 
That was game # 1 of my softball finals – we play again Friday Night, and 2 games on Saturday – if we do well we’ll be invited back for Sunday…

I’m surprised…I’ve had good luck getting Mia to sleep…but only after she spends anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour screaming her head off and looking like her cute little head might explode.

Good luck in softball. Just wait until Sierra just wants to eat cookies, will not take a nap, and is grumpy all day. But, you can do what my sister does, drops them off at Uncle Blue’s house.
