I’ve had a cold off and on now for 6 weeks (maybe even longer). Generally I feel like utter crap for a week, better for 4 days, then the kids have a few bad nights and I’m back to blowing my nose every 10 min for another week. Today I feel like a 126lb bag o’crapola. My whole body aches, my nose is running and my lungs feel like I’m drowning. OY! I am such a joy to be around this fine Monday.

Grab you some mucinex .. or how ever it is spelled. It will dry you up quick … expensive but worth it.

Hopefully you feel better. You should try to get a neti pot as it has helped me in the past get rid of colds. It is also all naturaly.

Sorry I forgot to mention. The neti-pot is a small pot where you pour a saline solution in one nostril and it comes out the other.
